INSTANT GULAB JAMUNS
Ingredients Milk powder 4 oz
Egg l
Maida l tbsp
Ghee melted 2 tbsp
Baking powder l tsp
Ilachi powder l tsp
Sugar l cup
Water 2 cups
Zafran
Method Mix al the ingredients lightly till crumbly. Rub lightly to form into a dough. Keep aside for 1/2 hour. Make tiny balls and deep fry in ghee. Keep pouring in the boiling syrup and let them cook for 5-7 minutes.
